Terms and Conditions
Honeybee Gallery carries only high quality and well-crafted artwork, however we cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involve any products sold on honeybeegallery.com. Honeybee Gallery recommends that you take the highest and most sturdy care when hanging wall art and suggests that you hang all wall art out of reach of babies and children.
Shipping
· Artwork that is not commissioned or custom made-to-order will ship out in 5 business days via the Artist’s preference of UPS, US Mail or FedEx.
· Commissioned and/or custom made-to-order pieces will be shipped out within 4-6 weeks after purchase.
International Orders
International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges. When you place your order for shipment outside the 48 contiguous states, we will contact you via email regarding any changes in shipping costs that may occur. Please note that any applicable duties or taxes imposed by the international destination country will be billed to you directly, and are the responsibility of the customer. Honeybee Gallery does not collect money on your behalf for duties and taxes.

Orders placed on honeybeegallery.com are completely secure and our customer information is kept private. All credit card and personal information provided to us is transmitted securely.
Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Illinois.
Artwork Disclaimer
Although we make every effort to represent our artwork in the best way possible, please be aware that:
· Please always note the measurements of the artwork you have ordered. Artwork often appears larger online than in person so please always note the measurements;
· Please note that due to varying color calibrations of printers and monitors, variations in color . However, when an item is ordered you accept the risk of possible differences.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Honeybee Gallery is dedicated to bring inspiring and original works of art into the rooms of babies and children. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt of the item. Contact us within 2 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 7 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 7 business day window has passed, or if we find that the artwork is not in the exact condition as when it was received the return will not be issued. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs.
- All commissioned and custom made-to-order artwork require payment in full upon order and may not be returned. Items that are “custom” or “commissioned” or "made to order" and "non returnable" are identified as such in the product description which will state "this item is custom made especially for you upon order." If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your original order date.
